AKS Engineering & Forestry (AKS) is looking for a full-time Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative who will play a vital role in successfully delivering complex private and public development projects. You will ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality standards by closely coordinating with contractors, municipal agencies, and internal teams. Your leadership in supervising inspectors, managing bids, and supporting permitting will directly impact project outcomes and client satisfaction. By providing expert constructability reviews and guiding contractor selection, you’ll help shape efficient, cost-effective construction from start to finish. What You’ll Do Addressing construction-related issues directly or in coordination with the internal Lead Construction Manager or Project Manager. Serving as an AKS representative in the field and building strong working relationships with contractors, municipal representatives, and clients. Negotiating agreement terms, drafting contracts, and securing necessary permits and licenses. Preparing and negotiating cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and constructability assessments.
