### **Job Description** ## Overview ## The Construction Manager (Mechanical) will be responsible for the full spectrum of design review, procurement, construction, T&C and handover. ## Your role ## * Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders. * Coordinate authority submissions and approvals. * Track, coordinate and facilitate responses to RFIs, CORs, project needs * Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, Vendor documents approvals, etc. * Manage final accounts closing. ## About you ## * Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical System including HVAC, Fire, Process Gasses, Sanitary & Plumbing. * MEP construction management experience in Pharma/Industrial projects with overall project management capabilities, site planning, monitoring, and schedule control. * Experience in testing and commissioning management for MEP packages. ## Rewards & benefits ## Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
