What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working as a construction manager, managing and leading a team on construction sites., Engineering degree with chartered status, Understand and experience in delivering industrial, commercial base building and fitout projects for retail / shopping malls., Understanding and experience of the engineering and construction industry from a technical and commercial perspective, Knowledge of up-to-date design developments, statutory regulations, codes of practice and industry standards in relation to construction., Fluent in English and Spanish
Nice to Have
PMI certification is a plus
