What You'll Do.
Take responsibility for subcontractor coordination
Prepare the Project Management Plan
Develop procedures for executing construction contract administration
Implement procedures in coordination with the project team
Perform additional construction management activities
Administer and manage construction activities
Monitor progress of the overall design
Perform value engineering reviews
Perform constructability reviews
Coordinate local bidding efforts
Assist in procurement of purchase orders
Assist in procurement of subcontract packages
Coordinate document management
Review construction submittals
Coordinate review of construction submittals
Expedite construction submittals
Prepare Change Orders
Negotiate Change Orders
Review baseline construction schedules
Review updated construction schedules
Control the project budget
Control the project schedule
Coordinate project quality assurance
Coordinate project quality control
Coordinate inspection services
Ensure subcontractor compliance with Health and Safety Program
Prepare project schedules
Prepare daily progress reports
