What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of experience/education, Industrial electrical construction experience, Ability to manage multiple projects and forecast scope, Travel availability up to 100% across regional states, including overnight stays, Valid driver’s license with a driving record, Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
What You'll Do.
Lead on-site planning
Manage materials and equipment
Ensure job site safety
Oversee daily progress reporting
Interpret project execution based on drawings
Manage project execution based on installation standards
Support project benchmarking
Support stakeholder reviews
Support process approvals
Coordinate with project managers on planning
Coordinate with project managers on scheduling
Coordinate with project managers on cost tracking
Coordinate with project managers on material procurement
Supervise field crews
Supervise subcontractors
Keep work on schedule
Keep work within budget
Conduct tailgate safety meetings
Ensure JHA completion
Enforce safety protocols
Provide feedback to personnel
Provide coaching to personnel
Provide mentorship to personnel
Participate in constructability reviews
Define execution strategies
Review timecards for accuracy
Review job costs for accuracy
Jump in on-site when needed
Build 3-week lookahead schedule
Maintain 3-week lookahead schedule
Act as on-site KE representative for inspectors
Act as on-site KE representative for landowners
Act as on-site KE representative for OSHA visits
Support documentation
Support change orders
Support construction-related administration
