### **Job Description** ## Overview ## The Construction Manager (Electrical) will be responsible for the full spectrum of design review, procurement, construction, T&C and handover. ## Your role ## * Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders. * Coordinate authority submissions and approvals. * Track, coordinate and facilitate responses to RFIs, CORs, project needs. * Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, Vendor documents approvals, etc. * Manage final accounts closing. ## About you * Degree Holder in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical/Control/ELV System including General Electrical, ELV, CCTV, IT System, BMS, EMS etc. * MEP construction management experience in Pharma/Industrial projects with overall project management capabilities, site planning, monitoring, and schedule control. * Experience in testing and commissioning management for MEP packages. ] ## Rewards & benefits ## Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
