Position Overview  We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a general contractor license to oversee the fit-out of hyperscale data center white space within colocation environments. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of tenant fit-out construction, including coordination of trades, sequencing of work, quality control, and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.  The ideal candidate will hold a valid general contractor license and bring strong construction management experience within data center environments. They should have a solid understanding of white space infrastructure, including containment systems, overhead conveyance (such as ladder racks and cable tray systems), structural support frameworks, and cooling systems (HVAC).
