Position Overview  We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the fit-out of hyperscale data center white space within colocation environments. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of tenant fit-out construction, including coordination of trades, sequencing of work, quality control, and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.  The ideal candidate has strong construction management experience in data centers, with a solid understanding of white space infrastructure such as containment systems, overhead conveyance (including ladder racks and cable tray systems), structural support frameworks, and cooling components (HVAC). Familiarity with structured cabling systems (low voltage and fiber) is a plus.  This is a full-time salaried position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, paid training, and performance-based bonuses.    This position is based in the Detroit metro area and will work onsite for local data center projects.
