Must Have
Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, experience in this position on high-rise and complicated building projects, Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, comprehensive knowledge of construction-related processes, thorough knowledge of industry practices, Proven leadership and management capability, good written and oral communication skills
What You'll Do.

and recommends corrective action as necessary
Manages the assignment of manpower
and equipment to maximize efficiency
and meet budget goals
Keeps alert to possible problem areas and takes preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each project phase
Ensures the use of sound construction practices to attain required quality control at the maximum efficiency and minimum cost
Prepares periodic reports summarizing the progress of construction activities for higher-level management and clients
Ensures effective implementation of all Company and client policies and procedures
including labor relations policies
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
