About the Role The Construction Manager is critical to the success of our projects. This role manages all aspects of data center project execution, ensuring safety is paramount while driving schedule, budget and quality objectives in a professional and collaborative manner. This position will report directly to the Project Director. Main Responsibilities Able to manage multiple data center projects of various sizes at different phases of construction, simultaneously, as assigned. Effectively leads weekly owner, A/E and contractor project meetings. Proactively streamlines breakout meetings to mitigate overlap and optimize stakeholder attendance. Manages the project closeout process and ensures all documentation is received and stored appropriately in Procore. Monitors project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives, ensuring adherence with program and contract requirements. Ability to develop targeted micro-schedules using MS Project, Primavera or similar software to model "what-if" scenarios, analyze the impact of material delays, design changes, or contractor performance to provide leadership with clear, data-driven options for decision-making. Coordinate internal teams with the work of general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives. Monitor construction progress and proactively identify risk, report and resolve issues.
