Minimum six years of direct Construction or Project Management experience and/or training, Demonstrated ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings and forecast and prepare budgets, Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standards to complex documents including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, work letters, detailed SOW, surveys and construction drawings.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working with convenience stores (C-stores) a plus, Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management and/or PMP certification preferred

Vixxo is seeking a full-time, Construction Manager. THE ROLE The VIXXO Construction Manager is responsible for managing and leading both individual, multi-disciplined convenience store construction project solutions (including NTI, R&R, Major/Minor Remodels, Acquisitions, etc.) for clients. The role has direct accountability for on-time project delivery, financial goals and meeting all project objectives.
