At KONE, we’re looking for a **Construction Manager** to lead installation projects across London, ensuring safe, efficient delivery while supporting and developing engineering teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader looking to progress their career within a global business, with clear pathways into senior management and operational leadership. ## What will you be doing? * ## Managing construction and installation projects from start to completion * ## Leading site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard * ## Monitoring performance, resources and project timelines * ## Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders * ## Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and KONE standards * ## Supporting continuous improvement and team development ## What are we looking for? * ## Experience managing construction, engineering or installation projects * ## Strong leadership and communication skills * ## Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations * ## Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * ## Full UK Driving Licence * ## Lift, escalator or engineering industry experience desirable ## Why join KONE?
