As the leader of your venue networks, you’ll need to be highly energetic and customer-focused, with in-depth knowledge of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), WLAN, and Small Cell networks. You’ll maintain and enhance system performance in large-scale venues while collaborating with a tight-knit team to tackle complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement for your venues, ensuring cost efficiency and budget adherence for hardware and subcontractor labor. Optimize network performance by collaborating with system integrators and the operations deployment team during commissioning and integration. Review and approve system integrator reports, ensuring compliance with carrier KPIs. Analyze system health data, including Layer 3 messaging KPIs and carrier RAN metrics, and conduct quality control checks. Perform routine health checks, preventative maintenance, and ensure system performance aligns with original turn-up standards. Generate internal and external performance reports for stakeholders. Conduct system testing, including RF sweep, fiber testing, PIM, and carrier handset testing. Remotely monitor venues, troubleshooting issues, and coordinate subcontractor dispatch when necessary. Build relationships with service providers to enhance system performance through data analysis. Perform benchmark testing, RF site surveys, and create as-builts for new and existing ven
