What You'll Do.
Deliver site-wide logistics through procurement
Define and monitor logistics contractor scope
efficient movement of labour
Plan location of haul roads
Manage worker accommodation
Develop logistics processes
Ensure logistics activities do not constrain program
Create site-specific safety manual
Develop and update Site Emergency Plan
Communicate information effectively around site
Plan for effective signage
Manage special public access roads
Provide effective security management system
Review logistics contractor scope variations
Assess impacts of scope variations
Monitor construction change management process
Oversee contractor permit acquisition
Review budget completeness and cost plans
Re-measure and sign off work
Develop monthly graphical time slice for activities
Review weekly plans for accuracy and coordination
Review logistics contractor risk register
Coordinate risk register with stakeholders
Provide coordination across consultants and stakeholders
Support plots with external access
Highlight issues and concerns through meetings
Roll out weekly directions to managers
Seek resolution to issues
Escalate issues with mitigation plan
Submit logistics contractor self-audit checklists
Review and report on audit status
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide coordination across all programme consultants and stakeholders related to logistics works; Seek resolution to any issues with the respective plot, infrastructure or logistics teams; Coordinate risk register with all site stakeholders
Communication Scope
Fluent in English (read, write and speak); Ensuring information is communicated effectively around the site; Through regular meetings, highlight issues, concerns and roll out weekly directions to stakeholder’s team managers
