Must Have

2–5 years of experience in construction lending administration, 2–5 years of experience in residential construction finance, 2–5 years of experience in banking operations related to construction loans, 2–5 years of experience in builder finance, 2–5 years of experience in real estate lending, Understanding of residential construction processes, Understanding of construction budgets, Understanding of construction inspections, Understanding of draw administration, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, Verbal communication skills, Written communication skills, Client-service mindset, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented banking environment

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Experience working with construction draw management systems, Trustpoint experience, Knowledge of Loan-to-cost (LTC) analysis, Knowledge of Construction budgets and cost tracking, Knowledge of Title and lien waiver requirements, Knowledge of Residential builder finance structures, Banking or financial institution experience, Experience supporting home builders, Experience supporting residential developers, Experience supporting private banking construction lending clients, Familiarity with subdivision development, Familiarity with horizontal infrastructure funding, Familiarity with phased vertical construction, Prior exposure to luxury residential construction financing, Prior exposure to custom home construction financing

What You'll Do.

Administer draws for new construction loans

Manage end-to-end administration of construction loan draw requests

Facilitate borrower onboarding and training

Serve as primary point of contact for draw activity

Review and process draw requests

Coordinate third-party inspections

Validate work-in-place completion percentages

Assist with resolution of borrower post-closing questions

Deliver high-touch borrower experience

Proactively communicate status updates

Resolve client inquiries efficiently

Guide builders through draw process

Maintain working relationships with third parties

Ensure timely and accurate execution of wires

Monitor active construction loan portfolios

Analyze complex line-item construction budgets

Identify and escalate budget variances

Identify and escalate project delays

Identify and escalate funding deficiencies

Identify and escalate potential risk concerns

Partner closely with internal teams

Maintain detailed reporting and documentation

Support process improvement initiatives

Assist with developing procedures and best practices
