What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline, 12–15 years of experience in construction execution for large‑scale projects, hands‑on experience in managing multi‑disciplinary construction activities, Exposure to large infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed‑use projects, Proven experience working with EPC contractors / developers / PMC environments

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordination with multiple stakeholders; Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors; Coordinate with contractors; Work closely with Planning, QA/QC, Design, Procurement, and PMC teams; Act as the primary point of contact on site for clients, consultants, and authorities; Participate in site meetings
