What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Demonstrated aviation-related construction experience, including work on taxiways, runways, terminals, and underground utilities, Ability to pass a TSA criminal history background check, In-depth knowledge of environmental codes and regulatory requirements, Familiarity with discipline-specific codes and standards (e. g. , NEC, IMC, IPC, SMACNA, IBC, IEEE), Ability to interpret and coordinate with third-party inspection reports, understanding of contract documents, technical specifications, and design standards, Technical proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, SharePoint, and Primavera P6, Valid Driver’s License

What You'll Do.

Support Construction Managers in verifying installed quantities for Pay Applications

Navigate and utilize project documentation including design drawings

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate daily activities with third-party inspectors and project stakeholders, including ABIA Operations, Environmental teams, City inspectors, and AUS personnel; Ability to work collaboratively with other Inspectors
Communication Scope
Communicate findings to the Contractor and CDS inspectors in a timely manner
Process & Methodology
