Our team works closely across preconstruction, estimating, and project management to deliver high-quality construction solutions from bid to build. We are built on a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy, coordination, and accountability are key. Our focus is on delivering consistent results for repeat clients and national brands through strong subcontractor partnerships, detailed estimating, and efficient project execution. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our general contracting team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will be embedded within our organization, working closely with project management and pre-construction teams to support national bidding and estimation efforts across the United States. You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and supporting end-to-end bid preparation for commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and material analysis from construction drawings and specifications - Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial bid submissions - Review, analyze, and prequalify subcontractor bids to ensure full trade coverage and pricing competitiveness - Coordinate with subcontractors and sub-trade partners to obtain complete and up-to-date pricing - Support the full bid preparation and submission process - Collaborate with project managers during contract review and post-award project setup - Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and
