The Role We’re looking for experienced and driven Construction Directors to lead and oversee end-to-end construction delivery across Nscale’s European Data Centre projects, including a major contribution to the Stargate programme and other flagship Nscale developments. Reporting to the Head of Construction, this role will be a cornerstone of Nscale’s regional leadership team — responsible for ensuring world-class project execution. The Construction Director is responsible for leading, overseeing, and managing all construction activities across their regional projects (UK & Europe, Nordics or Portugal). This role oversees contractor performance and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
