What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in forensic delay or planning experience in the construction and engineering industry., A recognized undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering quantity surveying, or similar from a leading university., Minimum 5 years on-site construction experience with engineering or construction firms, or a construction claim/dispute firm., Excellent oral and verbal communications skills., Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams., Professionalism and client facing ability, able to build trust., A technical underpinning in project planning., Relationship building and interpersonal skills., Proficient in construction programming software (i. e. , Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project)., A Flexible approach to their work., An understanding of the demands of project-based work, able to work under pressure and an ability to meet deadlines., A sense of personal responsibility for the quality of their work., Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
A post graduate qualification in construction law (or similar) is desirable but not essential., Chartered professional status, or equivalent desired., Command of a second language is desired but not essential.

providing programming support on live projects
assist to the Delay Expert(s) and/or the lead assistant
provide forensic delay analysis
contribute to the expert report preparation
perform advanced data research
manage client relations
deliver to tight deadlines
prepare and make presentations to communicate results
writing reports to a high level
work collaboratively with the team
deliver commissions to the client’s satisfaction
