Must Have
3-5 years of practical experience in a project management position, Demonstrated ability to prepare and track project budgets with accuracy, organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage competing priorities effectively, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare comprehensible correspondence using proper grammar and appropriate formats, Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with executive-level external and internal clients, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, Detail-oriented approach with analytical capabilities and the ability to multi-task in both team and independent settings

Experience in construction management or commercial real estate, Understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and workspace transformations, Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts, Flexibility with work hours and travel as project needs require
What You'll Do.
Manage small to mid-sized projects from initiation through completion
Coordinate and document all project meetings
Assist in developing and updating project schedules and budgets
Coordinate activities of subcontractors
Negotiate with contractors
Produce monthly project reports
Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation
Support business development initiatives
