What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-6 years of experience in construction coordination, project coordination, project management, real estate, facilities, retail construction, or a related environment., Experience supporting senior leaders or managing multiple workstreams simultaneously., Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint., Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms., Organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and details., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow through without heavy direction., Comfortable working with budgets, schedules, project documents, vendor communications, and executive-level reporting.

Nice to Have

Bachelor degree preferred, ideally in construction management, architecture, engineering, business, project management, or a related field., Construction industry knowledge preferred, including familiarity with drawings, permits, bids, change orders, schedules, and closeout documentation.
