Nice to Have
Two years college coursework or 5 years additional experience substituted for educational requirement
What You'll Do.
Assist in defining Project Requirement Document scope
Assist in reviewing Project Requirement Document scope
Assist in defining schedule
Assist in reviewing schedule
Assist in defining interim housing requirements
Assist in reviewing interim housing requirements
Make value engineering recommendations
Comment on design professional’s deliverable
Identify inconsistencies in plans
Identify ambiguities in plans
Identify conflicts in plans
Identify errors in plans
Identify omissions in plans
Ensure documents are coordinated between disciplines
Prepare constructability review of pre-bid construction documents
Coordinate efforts with Design Manager
Coordinate efforts with Owner Authorized Representative
Perform other duties as assigned
