What You'll Do.
Manage emails and communications

Create and maintain systems to monitor requests
Assist constituents for all incoming cases
Manage office calendar
Contact government services on behalf of constituents

Seek resolution in all cases
Achieve resolution in all cases
Follow up with constituents throughout client file life
Ensure cases are dealt with in a sensitive

Draft responses to constituent emails

Help with special projects
Improve effectiveness of administrative operations
