Must Have
Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or equivalent, ODE licensure as a speech language pathologist, Current State of Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology License, Bachelor's Degree in Education, current Ohio teaching certificate, 3-5 years of classroom teaching experience
Nice to Have
Certificate of Clinical Competence, 3-5 teacher mentoring experience, 2 years professional development experience educating teachers or other adults in the integration of technology for instruction and productivity using all of the following modes: modeling, one-on-one, small group, or large group
What You'll Do.
Support teacher growth and student achievement
Facilitate state-mandated programs and assessments
Provide instructional support and mentoring
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback
Collaborate with teachers to strengthen practices
Promote academic and professional growth
Implement research-based strategies
Increase student engagement
Support technology integration
Use data to drive decisions
Ensure high-quality instruction
Build teacher capacity
Design and implement lessons and units
Support staff in using research and data
Provide mentoring to Resident Educators
Instruct teachers with curriculum resources
Co-teach and model practices
Coordinate and assist with issue resolution
Participate in professional development sessions
Provide job-embedded professional development
Support curriculum implementation
Assist with resource identification and development
Provide support with technology needs
Utilize emerging practices and tools
Recommend professional development opportunities
Adhere to policies and procedures
Represent the organization professionally
Attend organizational meetings
Maintain confidentiality
Collaborate with colleagues
Engage in professional dialogue
Support a positive culture
