What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related CPA or equivalent certification required, 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, foundation in consolidation accounting, hands-on experience supporting financial reporting for a US-listed company, grasp of internal controls, audit processes, and SOX compliance requirements, Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Nice to Have
Big 4 experience is a distinct advantage, Proficiency in accounting software and ERP experience with OneStream and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
What You'll Do.
Lead timely consolidation procedures
Prepare topside consolidation manual journal entries
Develop and enhance consolidated financial reports and analytical deliverables
Own FICO master data maintenance
Provide guidance on the consistent application of FICO master data
Support 20-F footnote disclosure preparation and related financial reporting controls
Maintain a command of change management and SOX-related financial close and consolidation controls
Lead consolidation and FICO master data workstreams for merger and acquisition projects
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Support internal and external audit processes
Champion best practices and automation solutions
Contribute to broader financial reporting responsibilities
