Experience in the dental field, Experience in technical support or customer service, understanding of how a dental clinic operates, Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms, Proficiency with digital tools and software environments, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, intermediate level of English
