What You'll Do.

support clients in the implementation of change management intervention strategies

measure the degree of readiness for change

analyze organizational impacts

analyze resistance and their impacts

carry out training activities

carry out communication activities

provide post-implementation support

carry out and support change activities within the framework of new initiative deliveries

support the adoption of these solutions by different user levels

review new business processes and organizational models to determine their impacts

train and coach change agents

facilitate working sessions with users to raise awareness of change

and manage organizational impacts

develop or strengthen our offerings / analyze current innovations and challenges in the HR world

contribute to large publication activities (HR blog

contribute to internal and external training activities

contribute to business development by defining needs and actively participating in commercial actions
