As a **Connected Solutions Technician** , you’ll ensure critical healthcare technologies operate reliably—helping clinicians deliver safe and effective treatment. # # **Your Team** * You will support and train field service technicians and other CSTs on advanced systems and service procedures. * This role operates across hospital environments and service centers, supporting both installed systems and new deployments. * You’ll work with technologies spanning medical devices, network infrastructure, and connected care platforms. * Baxter offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and additional benefits. # # **What you 'll be doing** * Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic medical equipment * Diagnose and resolve issues with network-connected devices, including servers and PoE switches * Maintain and configure computer and network equipment post-install (systems, peripherals, configurations) * Plan and execute preventive maintenance and service schedules
