What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching or consulting, preferably with a focus on vehicle or dealer technology., understanding of connected services and their value proposition., coaching skills, Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective coaching sessions., Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills., Ability to build rapport and establish trust with dealership personnel., analytical and problem-solving skills., Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software.
What You'll Do.
Deliver targeted coaching and consulting to assigned client's dealerships.
Empower dealership personnel with the knowledge
and skills necessary to effectively sell
and support connected services.
Deliver engaging and effective coaching sessions to dealership personnel on all aspects of client's connected services
with a specific focus on working with the dealership's leadership team and creating a process within the dealership.
Ensure dealership staff are proficient in using the Dealer Rewards Portal
including selling one-time pay options and activating free trials.
Host Monthly Performance Reviews
presenting to client’s Zone Team.
Conduct regular in-person and virtual visits to assigned dealerships to provide ongoing consulting and support.
Analyze dealer performance data
identify areas for improvement
and recommend strategies to increase activation rates and OTP sales.
Coach dealership personnel on best practices for selling and supporting connected services.
Track dealer progress toward activation and OTP sales targets.
Develop and implement action plans with dealerships to address performance gaps.
Regularly report on progress
and successes to the program team.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with dealership staff, client field representatives, and the program team to achieve program objectives.; Collaborate with clinet field representatives to align coaching and consulting efforts with regional strategies.; Maintain open communication with dealership personnel, client field representatives, and the program team.; Participate in reviews to provide updates and discuss program strategy.; Share best practices and insights with other coaching to continuously improve the program.
