What You'll Achieve.
ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered to patients; fundamental in the day-to-day coordination of Specialist Centres; make the Development Manager aware of any operational issues which could impact these targets; continue to meet our KPI’s

Bank position, expectancy to work 37. 5 hours a week, Monday to Friday: Shift Patterns of 9am to 5pm, 9. 30am to 5. 30pm & 10am to 6pm, safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk is prioritised

Must Have
Awareness of Service Level Agreements for each service, Sound knowledge of the agreed KPIs
What You'll Do.
Provide efficient administration and services
Coordinate Specialist Centres
Make Development Manager aware of operational issues
Support in sourcing data for KPI submissions
Communicate with patients
Ensure relevant test results are available
Ensure specialist centre clinics have appropriate access
Respond to patient queries
Be the point of contact for UKI
Create and maintain a record of current provision
Book patient appointments
Develop processed to improve patient experience
Ensure all processes are documented
Coordinate pathways to meet KPI’s
Raise risk with Pathway Process Manager
Support with data requests
Help shape new KPI reports
Set up new processes to collect KPI’s
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the MI, Clinical and Development Teams; Work closely with the CNS; Work closely with the MI team
Communication Scope
Communicate with patients; Communicate times to the consultant, radiologist, and patient
