Degree in Engineering or graduation from a recognized Technical Institute as a Technologist, Background in Bus and Coach operations and/or maintenance, Familiarity with telematics systems, Understanding of Bus and Coach electrical architecture and communication networks, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, Ability to manage projects and work independently
