Advising on resolution of complex legal and commercial conflicts problems

Liaising with Partners and staff in relation to conflicts issues and queries

Ensuring compliance with global sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering obligations

and advising on conflict provisions in firm engagement letters

firm policies and other client agreements including panel arrangements

The Conflicts Team are part of the New Business and Enterprise Risk Department and is responsible for the management of conflicts of interest and information barriers globally.
