2 years of HRIS experience, Workday preferred., Data analytics experience., Civil Service Rules and Guidelines experience a plus., ATS experience a plus., Critical thinking and problem-solving skills., Meticulous with organizational skills with ability to multi-task., Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills., Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, Industrial or Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
What You'll Do.
Provide daily operational support to HRIS end-users
including troubleshooting system issues.
Maintain and update HRIS data
ensuring system functionality and data integrity.
Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of the HRIS system
including system testing.
Analyze and reconcile data across systems (e. g.: HRIS vs Payroll) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
and maintain standard and ad hoc HRIS reports and dashboards.

Maintain employee records
including certifications
employment verifications
and related documentation.
Provide support in communicating employee lifecycle changes such as new hires
Support onboarding and orientation processes.
Support performance management processes and related system activities.
