What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–6 years of conference production experience, Experience engaging with senior government officials, healthcare providers, and C-suite stakeholders, understanding of the Vietnamese healthcare market and regional industry dynamics, Commercial awareness with the ability to align content strategy with sponsorship and revenue objectives, Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced international environments, Proven track record in delivering commercially successful conferences, Experience managing multiple international event portfolios simultaneously, Demonstrated ability to support marketing and sales strategies through content development, networking, research, and stakeholder engagement skills, Professional, confident, and diplomatic communication style, Ability to conduct high-level conversations with senior industry figures, Collaborative team player across content, marketing, sales, and operations, Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently, analytical and problem-solving skills, Commercial awareness and understanding of market drivers, Adaptability and ability to quickly learn new industries and topics, Resilience and results-driven mindset

Job Purpose: The Conference Producer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of conferences, acting as the lead owner of content, product development, and industry relationships. This role oversees the full programme lifecycle, ensuring commercially viable, high-quality events that deliver value to stakeholders.
