Industry & Context.
All candidates must currently reside in the UK and be able to work in the UK without sponsorship., Flexible Hours, Mostly Monday–Friday shifts, Usually have Christmas off, Weekend work as required, Ability to move, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance, Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Basic knowledge of food and beverage, Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proven good organisational skills, Must be highly motivated and ready to lead other team members, Proficient in multitasking, Ability to move, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance, Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
Nice to Have
A food Hygiene or Food Handling Certificate preferred, Flexible and long hours sometimes required
What You'll Do.
Provide genuine anticipatory service to clients and participants in all aspects of hospitality and conference services
Interact with clients and ensure they have a great experience
Greet all clients with enthusiasm and friendliness
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
Provide world-class service
in accordance with our Brand Standards
and breakdown food and beverage stations
Accommodate special client needs and last-minute requests
Develop relationships with clients
Accurately answer client questions about culinary and our spaces in a friendly manner
and execute Program Execution Orders
Follow checklists and Standard Operating Procedures
Set up and breakdown conference rooms and refresh rooms as needed
Perform facility maintenance
and well-stocked work areas
and proper food handling
Have full knowledge of menus
and other pertinent information
and closing duties in accordance with company standards
Perform cleaning duties including: wiping down tables and chairs
polishing glass and silverware
Attend staff briefings and company events
including the company away day
Be available for weekend work as required
Undertake any reasonable ad hoc duties requested by the venue team

Work in partnership with the Culinary, Production, and Technology teams to ensure we are exceeding the expectations of our clients; Ready to work with others; Maintain professional working relationships with the team
