What You'll Do.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately
Ensure department is staffed appropriately
Maintain compliance with all SOPs
Maintain compliance with Good Production Practices
Monitor product quality
Monitor packaging standards
Monitor process controls
Implement corrective actions
Uphold HACCP requirements
Uphold USDA regulatory requirements
Achieve key operational KPIs
Identify opportunities for improvement
Enforce safety policies
Manage time-off requests
Ensure timely completion of training
