Apply Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedure, Ensure respect of all standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention, Ensure respect of all safety rules and PPE usage, Fill QRAP board on safety issues, Lead safety conformity actions on production equipment, Lead procedures respect from any workshop operator, Ensure part production in respect to safety, quality, schedule, cost and volume, Ensure line setting and tuning to respect defined quality standards, Ensure Ok Start for production lines, Replace resources and operators when needed, Prepare & participate to Changeovers, Act to avoid production disruption, Ensure respect of all quality standards, Fill QRAP board with quality or process concerns, Follow scrap evolution (5 hours), Apply 5 Why methodology for problem solving, Control production line status, Analyse defects or breakdowns, Lead corrective escalate in case of need, Ensure first and second level maintenance, Anticipate maintenance interventions, Alert leaders or supervisors when production deviation, Support breakdown maintenance resources, Fill maintenance intervention requests, Realise equipment and process verification prior to start-up, Applies ERIM, Make it run, Detect and solve red tags, Inform leader or supervisor when technical or quality deviation, Welcome and train new comers, Systematically alert electrical or mechanical maintenance department, Ensure and maintain 5S in his area, Create and realise Improvement Proposals, Use and improve reaction modes
