The Concierge Services Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through offering enhanced services, building relationships, and creating engaging, memorable moments. This role drives sales and store key metric performance, maintains service area presentation, and works closely with store operation and selling teams to meet store objectives. The Concierge Services Associate promotes a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. This is an hourly position. **What you will do** * Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities. * Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing attentive, personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience. * Provide services, such as gift wrapping, gift card selling and other giftable items, online ordering, inventory look-up, and package pickups.
