What You'll Achieve.
Ensure the ultimate level of customer service is maintained; Ensure satisfaction by sending e- mail, thank-you notes, and cards or making telephone calls and other face-to-face contacts to finalize decisions to lease and/or renew; Ensure that lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time; Ensures that the lobby, property, and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality; Create and drive traffic to the property; Sustain occupancy

Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled, Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied, Works in frequent exposure to outside elements where temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous, Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which includes taking calls evenings, weekends, and holidays, Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 50 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance, The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat, Intermittently required to sit and perform keyboard work, Routine local travel may be required to run business-related errands including but not limited to meetings and training, Non-local travel may be required up for business-related responsibilities

What You'll Do.
Acts as the first point of contact and image ambassador representing the community
Greets everyone that enters the lobby
Assesses needs and notifies the necessary person of their arrival
Walks guests to their destination or guides them
Follows-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction
Assists residents with service requests by logging into the system
Calls residents on their birthday
Assists residents with any concierge needs (taxi
Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions
Takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s)
Completes various accounting
Manages technology inventory needed to assist prospects with the leasing process
Acts as liaison between community
or prospects and any neighborhood organization
Executes and performs activities in support of the property's lease renewal program
Ensures that the lobby
and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality
Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property
Uses the on-site property management software application to track apartment availability
record traffic and leasing activities
manage resident and prospect data
and capture critical demographic and other information
Manages all rentable areas
Responsible for the set-up and breakdown of rentable areas for any events
Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions
Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy
Follows the property's established policies related to concessions
and other programs to boost occupancy
