What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to Have
Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred, customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment, Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service in luxury residential or hotel settings preferred
What You'll Do.
manage building access
serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs
professional service to residents
Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins
Assist residents with questions
and coordination of authorized vendor access
Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times
Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations
escalating when needed
and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink
Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience
Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution
