What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, Ability to multi-task on several items at once, Working knowledge of computer systems, Working knowledge of hotel operating systems, Experience with Microsoft Suite, Knowledge of Vail and the surrounding communities, Good communication skills, Fluency in English, Current work authorization in the United States

Nice to Have

Experience in a luxury hotel setting, Experience with OPERA/Concierge Smart, Ability to speak Spanish

What You'll Do.

Update desk collateral and information

Know activities available in the area

Establish contacts with vendors

Respond to guest requests

Assess guest needs and requests

Add personal recommendations and touches

Achieve maximum customer satisfaction

Comply with Four Seasons policies

Handle guest interactions with hospitality

Accommodate special requests

Resolve customer complaints

Assist customers with inquiries

Respond to guest requests accurately

Make recommendations based on local knowledge

Assist with Front Office duties

Assist with Bell Stand duties

Ensure standards are being met

Ensure guest satisfaction is high
