What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Prior experience working in Front Desk or Front Office, Some Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying required of luggage, packages, and boxes up to 50 lbs carried a distance of up to 20 feet., Bending/Kneeling required-full range of motion required to retrieve guest luggage and other material needed by guest., Mobile Position requiring movement behind the desk, within the hotel, and to / from the storage room, continuous standing for entire shift., Must be fluent in English, Possess legal work authorization in the United States
What You'll Do.
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs
adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve customer satisfaction
Demonstrate expertise when offering recommendations to guests
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
accommodating special requests whenever resolves customer assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information
and reservations for guests.
Stores and retrieves guest deliveries and packages.
Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.
