Recommend and book activities
Check guests in or out
Record guest complaints or problems
Notify appropriate staff individuals
Assist with ordering supplies
Attend to orderliness at front desk
Attend to orderliness at bell closet
Coordinate with other departments
Settle cash bank daily
Comply with policies and procedures
Assist in emergency procedures
Assist in security procedures
Complete tasks delegated by manager
Complete projects delegated by manager
Assist with other departments
