What You'll Do.
Supervise and support daily Concierge operations
Ensure proper organization and coverage
Adhere to departmental standards
Provide timely and effective follow-up on guest requests
Evaluate responses and recommendations
Maximize guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies
Train staff to achieve basic standards
Organize day-to-day Concierge operation
Handle guest interactions with hospitality
Address special requests
Assist guests with inquiries
Ensure accurate and prompt response to guest requests
Make recommendations based on local knowledge
Keep staff updated on hotel activities
Maintain relationships with providers
Guarantee information shared with guests is up to date
Ensure recommended providers comply with regulations
Work closely with other departments
Review arrivals in advance
Instruct Concierge to make contact
Review next-day arrivals
Make final courtesy call
Assign guests to Concierge
Review last-minute arrivals
Attend operational meetings
