Industry & Context.
Must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls., You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day., Must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered., Must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day., Must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day., You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite., Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Must Have
Prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware, Reliable form of transportation, Valid driver's license, Access to a computer and the Internet, Available to log into your tech portal each morning by 9 am, Prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops, Comfortable with daily local travel

Hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units
Confirm service times with the customer
Complete services at the customer site (residential and commercial)
Pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store
