must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls, You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day, Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered, Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware, valid driver’s license, reliable form of transportation, access to a computer and the Internet, available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am, confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal, pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite, drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label, prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops, comfortable with daily local travel

log onto your portal each day
code your calls and map out your route for the day
confirm service times with the customer
Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite
drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label
