prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware, valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, access to a computer and the Internet, available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am, confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal, pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite, drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided, prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops, comfortable with daily local travel, regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays
