must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays, must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls, You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day, must have access to a computer and the Internet, must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am, Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial), pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite, drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware, reliable form of transportation, valid driver's license, access to a computer and the Internet, available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am, confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal, pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite, drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided, prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops, comfortable with daily local travel
