complete on-site hardware warranty services in their territories; run these calls; log onto your portal each day; code your calls and map out your route for the day; Services will be completed at the customer site; complete all calls for the day
Industry & Context.
1099/per call position, Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays, You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day, You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day, The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you., daily local travel
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware, valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, access to a computer and the Internet, available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am, Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops, Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, Must be comfortable with daily local travel
What You'll Do.
complete on-site hardware warranty services
hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units
confirm service times with the customer
Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store
drop off the old parts
